Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small potatoes
    1 qt. milk
    2 slices onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt or stalk
    a few grains cayenne pepper
    1 spoon chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water with salt.
    When soft, run through strainer.
    Boil milk with onion; remove onion and add milk slowly to potatoes, mixing well with a whisk.
    Melt half the butter.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir until well mixed, then stir into hot soup.
    Boil one minute; strain and add remaining butter. Sprinkle with parsley.
    Thin with hot milk if desired.
