Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant potato flakes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. canned onion rings
Preparation
    Mix potato flakes according to package directions.
    Potatoes can be either hot or cold to measure.
    Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
    Add cream cheese, onion, eggs and flour to potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Put in a 9-inch square pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Top with onion rings. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
