Mother'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 tsp. grated orange rind
    3 eggs plus 1 egg white
    2 tsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Whip cream cheese until fluffy.
    Combine sugar, grated lemon and orange rinds.
    Add to cream cheese; beat well.
    Add eggs and egg white, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add milk and vanilla; beat until well blended.
    Pour into a 9-inch graham cracker pie shell or spring-form pan.
    Bake for 7 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 200\u00b0; continue to bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes (longer time for spring-form pan and less time for pie tin).
    When ready to serve, top with cherry pie mix, frozen strawberries or any topping of your choice.
