Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. brisket
celery salt
garlic salt
onion salt
1 bottle liquid smoke
6 oz. bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle hickory smoked barbecue sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place brisket on a large stretch of heavy foil.
Sprinkle meat generously with celery, garlic and onion salts.
Pour liquid smoke over meat.
Seal foil tightly and place overnight in the refrigerator.
