Special Mushroom Sauce For Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms (save juice)
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    sherry wine
    cornstarch and water to thicken
Preparation
    Melt butter; add garlic and parsley.
    Add mushrooms and saute. Pour butter and juice out of pan.
    Burn sherry wine off, put juices back in pan and thicken.
