Black And White Raspberry Koffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. whole milk or half and half
    2 Tbsp. finely grated white chocolate
    2 c. hot chocolate raspberry coffee
    2 Tbsp. framboise or raspberry brandy
    whipped cream (optional)
    white or dark chocolate for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, heat milk or half and half over low heat until warmed through.
    Divide the white chocolate between 2 large mugs.
    Add hot coffee and stir briefly.
    Stir brandy (optional) if desired.
    Pour half of warmed milk into each mug.
    Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate.
    Makes 2 good-size servings.
