Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. popped corn (place in paper grocery bag)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. light Karo (room temperature)
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook all ingredients except popcorn 4 minutes on High.
Stir and cook 2 more minutes.
Pour over popped corn in bag and shake well.
Place bag in microwave and cook on High 1 1/2 minutes; shake and cook 1 1/2 minutes. Shake and cook 45 seconds.
Shake and cook 30 seconds.
Shake.
Pour onto cookie sheets or flat surface to cool.
Store in airtight container if there is any left to store.
This is delicious and fun to make.
