Broccoli Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. fresh or frozen (2 boxes) chopped broccoli
1/4 c. fat skimmed chicken broth or water
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine broccoli and broth in crockery cooker.
Cover and cook on low heat for 1 to 2 hours (2 to 3 hours if broccoli is frozen). Stir in remaining ingredients until blended and leave vegetable mixture in crock until ready to serve.
Makes 6 servings.
