Denver Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups flour + 2 1/2 cups additional flour
    1 cup canola oil
    3/4 - 1 cup sugar
    3 pkg dry yeast
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 quart milk, scalded and cooled
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat 5 cups flour, sugar, oil, yeast and milk.
    Mix well and let rise in warm location, free from drafts for about 1 hour.
    Beat down with spoon or mixer.
    Sift together remaining ingredients and knead into dough.
    Roll and cut into biscuits. Freeze on cookie sheets, then place in plastic bag.
    Store in freezer to use as needed.
