Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. sour milk (put 1 Tbsp. vinegar into cup, fill with milk to 3/4)
    3/4 c. warm water with 1 tsp. instant coffee dissolved in water
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, vanilla and salt.
    Beat well.
    Add flour, soda and cocoa with milk and coffee mixture. Beat until well blended.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 2 layer pans.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Do not overbake.
