Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. + 3 Tbsp. hot water
    2/3 c. butter flavored Crisco
    1/8 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and baking powder; stir well.
    Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Gradually stir in water.
    Mix well.
    Shape dough into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Roll on a floured surface into 6-inch circles. Cook on ungreased skillet over medium heat until lightly brown on both sides.
    Serve with your favorite meat, vegetable or egg filling.
