Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken, boiled, deboned, skinned and slightly broken into pieces
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans green chiles, chopped
1 (No. 2) can evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix all.
Add 1 ($2.29) bag of cheese flavored taco chips, crumbled.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes until bubbles. Put mild Cheddar cheese on top.
When cheese is melted, let cool a few minutes.
