Kreplach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. water
1 1/4 lb. ground round
1 tsp. salt
1 onion, grated
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs, soaked
Preparation

Mix flour, eggs, water and salt; knead well.
Don't let dough get dry.
Roll out 1/2-inch thick on a lightly floured board.
Cut into 3-inch squares.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Place a heaping teaspoonful of filling on each square.
Moisten edges lightly with water; fold over diagonally to form triangles.
Press edges firmly together with fingers or fork.
Let dry.
Kreplach can be frozen at this point.
To serve, boil in lightly salted water for about 20 minutes; drain.
