Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 skinless chicken breasts
    4 skinless chicken thighs
Preparation
    Place chicken in a large pot; cover well with water.
    Boil until chicken slips from bone easily.
    Tear into small pieces. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a bowl; add milk and stir until smooth.
    Replace chicken in pot; add oil, bring to a boil and then spoon in the dip batter into the water.
    Boil for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until done.
    Remove from heat.
