Cocktail Rye Bread Cheesios - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small block sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion
    1 small jar mayonnaise
    dash of Lea & Perrins sauce
    1 pkg. rye or pumpernickel bread
Preparation
    Chop onion fine.
    Shred cheese.
    Mix onion and cheese together.
    Add mayo and Lea & Perrins until spreadable.
    Spread on bread.
    Broil 1 to 2 minutes, until golden brown.
    These cook easy and quick so keep an eye on them.
