Chili Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 small can green chilies, chopped
    1 tsp. ground cumin seed
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small jalapeno chili, diced fine
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a double boiler over boiling water, stirring until the cheeses are melted and blended well with the spices and chilies.
