Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 (No. 2) can corn, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs with 2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage.
Saute onion and green pepper in drippings.
Drain.
Mix all ingredients together in ovenproof casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese and buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly (about 20 to 30 minutes).
