Beef Soup With Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. soup meat
4 to 5 marrow bones
1 pkg. sliced carrots
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
1 bunch parsley, chopped
3 to 4 small onions
3 to 4 cans tomatoes
salt
Preparation

Wash meat and bones.
Let soak in enough water to cover them until some of blood is washed off.
Put meat and bones in large pot.
Add cold water enough to cover.
Cook until foam gathers on top on medium heat.
Scoop foam out with strainer.
Cover until boils.
Lower heat and cook 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Add rest of ingredients.
Cook on low heat for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not boil again.
