Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes; mash well.
    Add the sour cream, cream cheese, onion salt and garlic salt; mix well.
    Put in greased casserole dish.
    Put in refrigerator; let set overnight.
    Before baking, dot with butter (do not stir).
    Cover; bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Uncover; let top brown slightly.
