Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. diced apples
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients and form well in middle of mixture.
    Combine eggs, oil and vanilla and pour into dry ingredients.
    Stir until all dry ingredients are moistened.
    Add apples, raisins and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in a Bundt pan for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Stick knife in center of cake to check for doneness.
