Orange Sherbet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
 
2 c. orange sherbet
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. boiling water
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
- 
                            Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
 
Add sherbet and mix well. When partially set, add mandarin oranges and fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold.
Chill.
Serves 8.
