Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. chicken fat, butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
2 c. diced cooked chicken
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Heat fat and cook pepper until tender.
Blend the flour into fat.
Blend in broth and milk.
Stir in the chicken and cook to a smooth sauce.
Stir.
Serve on cooked rice, toast or biscuits.
