Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. canned (Milnot) milk
    3/4 c. melted butter
    14 oz. Kraft caramels
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 c. canned (Milnot) milk
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, 1/2 cup milk and melted butter together. Put 1/2 batter in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
