Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. assorted chicken parts (legs, thighs, wings, breasts)
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk or whole milk
    corn flake crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or olive oil
Preparation
    Combine crumbs and salt.
    Dip chicken pieces in milk and coat with crumbs.
    Place in a single layer, skin side up, in a greased, foil-lined, shallow baking pan.
    Drizzle with butter or olive oil.
