Microwave Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Jarlsberg lite cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. flour
    generous dash of nutmeg
    1 1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 large shallot, minced or 1 garlic clove, minced
    optional flavorings: 1/4 c. tightly packed cilantro leaves; 1 Tbsp. toasted caraway, sesame or cumin seed
Preparation
    In a medium-sized bowl, combine cheese, flour and nutmeg, tossing well to mix.
    Set aside.
