Carrot Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 big pkg. carrots
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 raw eggs
    cinnamon to taste
    flour
Preparation
    Boil carrots and mash like potatoes.
    Add eggs, cinnamon and enough flour to thicken; drop in hot grease as you would hush puppies.
    Fry for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
    Very good.
