Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk (on crumbs)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. coffee cream
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 c. coffee cream
a little flour (to thicken)
Preparation

Drop in meat balls and simmer 1 half hour, stirring often in a larger pot.
