Chicken And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton golden onion recipe soup mix
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    4 oz. snow peas (about 1 c.)
    1 carrot, thinly sliced
    1 medium sized red or green pepper, cut into thin strips
    1/2 c. unsalted roasted nuts
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine soup mix, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar and ginger with water; set aside.
