Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. very lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic minced
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. dried sweet basil
    1/4 tsp. fennel seed
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and green pepper.
    Drain off fat.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Cover and simmer about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Yields 6 servings.
