Coconut Ring Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. coconut
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan. Beat all ingredients, except coconut and powdered sugar, in a large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping sides frequently.
    Beat on medium speed 4 minutes.
    Pour into pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan 5 minutes then remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
