Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook, drain and mash potatoes.
    Add remaining ingredients. Put in casserole.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
    May be made a day ahead, refrigerated, then baked when needed.
    Freezes well also.
