Quickie Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    4 slices bread, toasted
    1 large can sliced peaches
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy; add sugar and oleo.
    Break or slice toast in strips and blend in egg mixture.
    Pour peaches and juice in bottom of shallow pan.
    Pour egg mixture over peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until top is brown and crisp.
    Serve with whipped topping and/or ice cream.
