Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. strained persimmon pulp
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 stick melted margarine
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix pulp, sugar, eggs and flavoring.
    Then mix flour and baking powder (sift).
    Add this to pulp mixture.
    Add melted margarine and buttermilk.
    Pour into shallow, greased pan and bake in 375\u00b0 oven.
