Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, Parmesan cheese, eggs and seasonings.
    Mix lightly.
    Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Pour off drippings.
    Combine tomato sauce and oregano.
    Pour mixture over meat loaf.
    Top meat loaf with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
    Continue baking 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
