Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    grated cheese
    cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. cooked rice (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light; add mayonnaise, salt and undiluted soup.
    Blend well and add to broccoli.
    Add cooked rice and grated cheese.
    Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs.
    Spread over broccoli.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
