Southern Style Quail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole quails
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. light cream
Preparation
    Wash quail.
    Pat dry and split each down the back.
    Salt and pepper each quail half and coat with flour.
    Heat oil in a covered skillet and brown quail on all sides.
    Reduce heat to low and add light cream.
    Cook 25 minutes or until quail is tender.
    Serve with hot homemade biscuits.
