Scalloped Tomatoes And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomatoes
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Season tomatoes with salt, pepper and sugar.
    Arrange alternate layers of tomatoes, bread crumbs and cheese in baking dish.
    Dot top with butter.
    Bake in moderate oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
