Cranberry Blender Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 c. cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 c. apples, peeled
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. cold water
1 medium navel orange, seeded and cut into eighths
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water, in saucepan for five minutes. Warm over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Place cranberries, orange, apples, sugar and gelatin mixture into blender.
Cover and blend until orange peel is finely chopped.
Fold in walnuts.
Pour into serving bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Garnish with halved orange slices.
Makes 4 cups.
