Turkey Parmesan(293 Calories) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey cutlets
    1 egg, beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    1 c. spaghetti sauce
    4 slices low calorie Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Dip turkey cutlet into beaten egg.
    Coat with mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Arrange on greased baking pan.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven; top with sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
    Return to oven for 5 minutes to heat sauce and melt cheese.
