Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1/3 c. pimientos
1 c. diced celery
1 c. nuts
1 c. cream, whipped
6 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
-
Heat pineapple to boiling.
Add gelatin, softened cream cheese, pimientos, celery and nuts.
Mix well.
Fold in whipped cream.
Refrigerate.
