Mexican Cornbreadmidland, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white flour
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. whole canned corn
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. honey or sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. chopped green chilis or jalapenos
    1 egg
Preparation
    Saute onion and chili in oil and add to dry ingredients.
    Mix in egg and honey.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
