Louisiana Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 stick margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Combine the first 4 ingredients.
Bring to boil over medium heat until it reaches the soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and add margarine and vanilla.
Beat well and add pecans.
Spoon onto wax paper.
