Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; place in a greased casserole (9 x 13-inch) dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Serves 6 to 8.
