Cook-Up Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. goya black-eyed peas
2 cans goya coconut milk
2 c. goya rice
2 lb. chicken breast
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 slices hot pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 scallions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Boil black-eyed peas until tender.
Fry up chicken, onions, garlic, thyme and scallions until chicken is cooked.
