Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Thoroughly mix together brown sugar, salt, flour and spices. Add slightly beaten eggs and pumpkin.
Mix well.
Stir in milk and water.
Pour in a 9-inch shell (unbaked).
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake for 20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
