Toasted Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with mixer and pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
