Jake'S Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Chill dough; shape into balls the size of walnuts and roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Press down gently and bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
