Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onions
    4 medium potatoes
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 slices bread, torn into small pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute margarine, celery and onions.
    Pare and boil potatoes in salted water.
    When done, prepare for mashed potatoes.
    Mix into potatoes the slightly beaten egg, the bread slices, onions and celery.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Put in a greased baking dish.
    Set oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 1 hour. Cover first half hour and uncover for remaining half hour.
