Apricot-Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. cooked apricots
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Place flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar in mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil; beat until smooth.
    Add apricots and mix thoroughly.
    Add nuts and stir in.
    Prepare 2 (9 x 5 x 2 3/4-inch) loaf pans by lightly greasing with oil and coating with flour. Divide batter evenly in the two pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
    Let cake cool 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan and place on cake rack to cool.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    This cake may be baked in a 9 or 10-inch tube pan.
    Increase baking time to about 2 hours or until done.
