Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked, cooled rice
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 clove garlic
1 onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg, beaten
3 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Saute garlic and onion until golden brown.
Add the beaten egg; stir, then add the cooked rice and put in the soy sauce and bacon.
Cook until it blends mixture together.
